Haven't written anything in a while. Mainly been doing the same old stuff. Have a bunch of new things. I now own Se7en, Fight Club, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, and Moulin Rouge on dvd. I got Spy Hunter for ps2 also, and have beaten it already. It was pretty fun. I need to play some more GTA3. I've been replaying FFX lately for some reason or other. I am determined to beat some of those monsters in the arena. I'm trying to get 10 of each monster so I can get Nemesis or whatever it's name is. I can't even beat some of the easier arena monsters though. I've been doing the overdrive->Ap trick with don tonberry which works great since I got some triple AP weapons from the created One-Eye monster. Nothing like gaining 15 levels from one battle.. one that I flee from at that. I will probably go see Queen of the Damned this weekend if it's on. The guy playing Lestat is cute at least. He looks more or less like Lestat in my mind cept for the hair color. Everyone else in the movie... bleh. Yu Yu Hakusho starts coming on CN saturday night. Everyone watch it! heh. I gotta get some blank tapes so I can record it and the other show or two that is also airing.

Saturday, February 2, 2002 - 04:18 p.m.

Stayed at my sister's the other day. Finally have a copy of Moulin Rouge. I taped it last night. It was interesting. Ewan McGregor is just great in everything. I also have Tomb Raider so I'll have to watch that at some point. Bought some cheap cds and tapes today at the flea market. Megadeth: Rust in Peace and Countdown to Extinction, and Danzig: How the Gods Kill III. Finally saw Escape from New York. It was funny watching it since I've been playing MGS2. I haven't really been home much the past week or two. I'll probably be going to my sister's house again monday since my mom is having a bunch of people over. I don't want to have to deal with them. I will take my ps2 down there this time. I brought my niece and nephew up here yesterday just so they could play Grand Theft Auto 3. I knew they would love that game. They like the first one but this one is much better. I am sort of stuck on some missions right now. The street race one is giving me trouble, and so is the one where I have to blow up the laundry(?) trucks. I think i am just gonna jack the damn things and take them to the crusher cause I sure ain't doing too well with the grenades hehe.

Hung out at my friends' house last night. We watched part of a movie called The Harvesters, but it sucked so we stopped. Then we ended up watching some japanese movie of Stacey's called Wild Zero. It was incredibly silly but good anyway. It was a zombie/alien/love/rock n roll movie hehe. The band Guitar Wolf played themselves, though the singer seems to have some sort of magical power for some reason or other. They aren't very good superheroes though. Ace blew the wolf whistle and it took them like an hour to get there. They kept stopping to drink, comb their hair, and blast zombies. "Rock and Roll!!!!!" We also watched some show about obesity. I think it was funnier than the japanese movie. There was one guy on there that had weighed something like 1500+ lbs. He had lost a bunch of weight and he had all that extra skin just hanging down between his legs. It pretty much went to the floor and it looked so weird we spent a while debating on just what exactly it was until we finally realized. We had come up with some interesting guesses by then. Went to another flea market today out of town and got a cheap necklace and Pet Semetary (the book). Looks like there is finally a new Justice League episode coming on tonight or at least the rerun of it is. Tomorrow should be part 2. I think it's a Wonder Woman episode. I remember watching the live action Wonder Woman show when I was little. I can't remember if I actually liked it a lot or not. I know I loved the Incredible Hulk show.

Went to the flea market this morning. Didn't get anything but at least I saw a couple of cute guys. My uncle has apparently decided that if my sister in law won't let him buy lots of crap for my niece anymore, he is gonna start wasting his money on me. I don't have a problem with that! He bought me two more pairs of jeans yesterday AND that ICO game I have been wanting forever. I kind of wish I would have got Grand Theft Auto 3 now though cause more people would want to play that when they visit. So anyway, now I am starting to look like I actually give a crap about my appearance. I have some decent clothes and a nice haircut that doesnt require me to even brush my hair in the mornings hehe. Now all I need is a job and a boyfriend and I would seem "normal." Eww! Doesn't look like any of those jobs came through so I dunno what I am gonna do. I guess just try a bunch more places. I might be going to see The Mothman Prophecies movie tonight. A bunch of people I know are going so I might tag along. It doesn't look that interesting though. I wish Moulin Rouge would hurry up and come on PPV. I want to see that damn movie finally. I don't want to waste money renting it at a video store since I will own the movie for free sooner or later. I heard Ewan Mcgregor was in talks about playing Lupin in the third Harry Potter film. That would kick ass. Lupin is a good character and Ewan rules. I don't think I am gonna enjoy Kenneth Branagh(?) playing Lockhart in the next movie. I wish they could have got Hugh Grant. He would have been perfect.

Thursday, January 24, 2002 - 01:56 p.m.

Spent the night at my sister's. Bought me those pants I was talking about the other day. Now I have two pairs of jeans that fit, if you don't count the fact that they are too long. I bought some boots with huge heels so they wouldn't drag the ground. It worked for one pair anyway heh. I have a jury summons Feb 6 maybe. Hopefully they won't need me. I don't want to have to bother with that. 24 was good yet again. Luckily my niece taped it Tuesday so I didn't have to wait a couple more days to see it. I was watching Buffy that night instead since I hadn't seen the episodes where she comes back to life. Starting Feb 23, I'll have lots of new shows to watch on Cartoon network. I am dreading the Yu Yu Hakusho dub since I've heard some of the voices they were planning on using. At least I'll be able to know what they are saying in the later episodes finally. I have about 45 eps or so that are raw japanese. I need to go find something to eat.

Tuesday, January 22, 2002 - 11:10 a.m.

Got all those stupid applications filled out yesterday. I went the rest of the time playing Yahoo pool and watching tv. Fun. I need to get dressed and go out to take them back but I don't feel like it quite yet. Maybe later on in the afternoon. I finished one of the scenerios on Resident Evil 2. I guess I will play Claire's scenerio now. Those are really not my type of game but hey, I borrowed it for free from a friend so I won't complain. It's something to do. I want to go buy some more clothes for some reason. I've just been in a clothes-shopping mood lately. I guess I am making up for the other 22 years that I wasn't in a clothes-shopping mood. I definitely need to buy some more pants though. A nice pair of jeans or something. I have always hated jeans with a passion, mainly because I have never had a pair that fit. It's hard to find clothes when you are short as hell. I'm not small enough to fit in a 3, but most sizes over that are WAY too long for me. I did find a pair of hip hugger/flare jeans that looked like they might fit at that place I got a job app from. Maybe I can get a couple pairs there. They are fairly inexpensive.

Went out and got some job applications today. Filling out those things sucks so much. I'm hoping to get a job at a small clothing store, or a video store. There isn't really much to choose from around here. I may get stuck at a grocery store, if any of them are actually hiring. This was mostly a mill town and now that almost all the mills are closing down and moving to mexico, everyone is scrambling for the crap jobs and/or going back to the community college. You just have to get lucky to find anything. I need to stop by the bookstore as well and ask for the umpteenth time whether they are hiring. I think I am truly ready to have a job again. I want some money and something to do besides sit at the computer. I want to be able to afford to buy more video games so I can sit in front of the tv instead. :P Speaking of tv, it's almost time for 24 so I guess I will shut up now. Kiefer Sutherland won a golden globe. Yay for him. Too bad Lord of the Rings lost out. Hmm, some people found my site through search engines. MSN -> 'FFX Porn' (hehe), google -> 'Dark Stalkers action figures' and 'cutey honey cosplay'. Weird.
